On tap @ HotD. Pours murky almost muddy brown with no head whatsoever. Aroma is big bourbon and peaches. Somewhat thin mouthfeel and totally flat. Taste is huge rich earthy oaky malts with notes of peaches, cherries, charred oak, bourbon, and figs. Super boozy, 13% feels on the lighter end. I haven’t had either of the beers they used to make this, but the end result is impressive. If there were some additional carbonation added this could be amazing.

Multiple bottles of this going around @ Woodshed 3.0. Dark crimson, garnet, and mahogany pour with a small khaki head. Toffee, roasted coffee bitterness, salted caramels, bourbon, butterscotch, molasses, and brownie batter. Alcohol is is lightly noticeable but not distracting. Not getting the cherry or peach but damn delicious!

Barle Wine sweet aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, but with disturbing pieces of fruit in it. Medium bitterness. Almond taste as well, more to almond oil than almond paste.

12 oz. bottle shared at the RBWG Friday night bottle share at the Downtown Inn. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin off white head. The aroma and flavor have caramel, brown sugar, peach, dates, raisins, black cherries, and oak. Medium-bodied, with light carbonation and a sticky sweet feel. I enjoyed this.
