12 oz. bottle from a trade with LtDan- thanks, Dan! Pours a cloudy gold color with an inch-thick off-white head that leaves some soapy lacing in the glass. Aroma of straw, wheat, wet hops, nectar, and pale malts. Flavor of hops, pale malts, straw, wheat, soap, corn, honey, and skunk. Light-medium bodied, with a mouthfeel like a wheat ale and little carbonation. Lingering bitter finish. Not a bad APA, but unorthodox.

Head? What head? Ruth pours a bit cloudy orange yellow with virtually no head. Aroma is bigtime citrus and I get some forest in there as well. Hard to put my finger on it...maybe a bit moldy spruce? The flavor is quite bitter. Hmmmm...I guess I would call it a strong IPA. Lots of cirtus, spruce, and a little sweetness. Ruth is medium bodied, almost creamy, with very soft carbonation. Not much finish but it does leave you with a bitter aftertaste. It is interesting that as I drink this first glass, I am getting to like it more and more. Maybe that’s just getting over the fact that it is an IPA! Tasted from the bottle @ 56F.

Pours very cloudy orange/yellow with a frothy fading beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, lemon, and pineapple. Taste is moderatley sweet hop citrus with a more bitter pine finish but is no way overwhelming. A plethera of citrus is what this beer is. Medium light body with medium carbonation. A great APA.

Bottle. Hazy gold pour, lots of sediment, very little head. Very floral, honey aromas a bit of peppery spice. Taste is very well balanced, sweet fading to bitter very gradually. Good, smooth palate. Very enjoyable, it differs from the regular APA all-hop and all-bitterness.

Hazy golden with a medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with baking yeasty and hints of coriander. Flavour was sweet with yeasty, malty and coriander notes.

Pours cloudy light amber with not much head. Subtle nose. Yeasty with a bit of hops. Wow, the palate is quite amazing. This reminds me more of a Gewurztraminer than any other beverage I’ve tried. Big white wine flavor, distinctly herbal and spicy and toasty on the finish. The hops are extremely well integrated. What an interesting beer! Almost like a sparkling Gewurz’.
