bottle to snifter. pours a very pale yellow color with no head. nose is lightly grassy with a touch of dankiness. taste is initially sweet and then reveals a bit of bitterness and a very grassy hop flavor. not much malt character, just a little note of honey. I don’t think I care for the hops profile. very lingering and unpleasant. Just doesn’t do it for me.

Tap at brewery. Golden orange pour with a good white head. Citrus, lemon zest, coriander. Slightly sour and bitter. Very nice

Bottle thanks to Jason. Pours a pale yellow out of the bottle with minimal head that fades quickly. Aromas are lemon, grass and bread. Sweet malt and some citrus up front followed by a lemony bitterness. Very light easy drinking pale ale but nothing special.

Bottle from the Beer Shoppe. Pours pale yellow with some head that fades. Nose is mild pilsner malt, aldehydes, first sip is similar with soft amarillo hops and mild lemon bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark golden-copper color with a smallish off-white head on it. Despite being a little warm (~55F), I don’t get a huge aroma off this; mostly I get a little straw and corn from the pilsner malts, without much from the hops. Taste is actually a little sweet to me, and reminds me much more a pilsner style than an APA. Not terribly interesting to me...

Had on draft at the brewery. Soft hop character, citrus, herbal, bready malt character, very lite beer for HotD. Not bad.

Opaque straw colored brew w/ thin white head. Floral & light malt nose. Nicely balanced malt backbone & hoppy finish. Light bodied tasty APA.

On tap at HotD brewpub. Hazy yellow with white head. Lots of lacing. Interesting hoppy aroma. Taste is hoppy with a fruity backbone. Creamy mouthfeel. Crisp finish. Very refreshing and delicious.

I really enjoyed this. Hoppy aroma with subtleness. Unfiltered golden color or maybe it was just a little hazy. Good white head. Full body without being heavy or bloating. Most of their beers have a creamy smooth texture. Great blend of flavors with grapefruit and other citrus hops. Strong pilsner background with some grainy notes. Really good.

22oz bottle pours a pale golden color without much head. Full hop flavors without anything too intense. So well balanced. My favorite APA.
