purchased in nyc. golden brown color with mild opacity. minimal head. pretty stinky aroma with trace floral hops. almost a belgo-pale ale. flavor makes it seem not totally fresh, though i guess pilsener hops could explain that as well as part of the aroma. it’s super light in body and totally drinkable. not much fruity/floral hops. mild bitterness and rather sweet. quite interesting overall, though not sure what i’d call it.

It poured a pale golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of citrus, malts and florals. The taste was of grapefruit, lemon, malts and florals. Good stuff.

Bottle. Semi-hazy yellow with a thin off white head. Aroma of overripe fruit and pilsner malt. Taste follows suit and adds some citrus on the finish. Light sticky palate. Refreshing and super crushable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy amber with moderate head. Slightly skunky malt aroma. Flavours are sharp cereal and bitter hops.

bottle to snifter. pours a very pale yellow color with no head. nose is lightly grassy with a touch of dankiness. taste is initially sweet and then reveals a bit of bitterness and a very grassy hop flavor. not much malt character, just a little note of honey. I don’t think I care for the hops profile. very lingering and unpleasant. Just doesn’t do it for me.

Bottle thanks to Jason. Pours a pale yellow out of the bottle with minimal head that fades quickly. Aromas are lemon, grass and bread. Sweet malt and some citrus up front followed by a lemony bitterness. Very light easy drinking pale ale but nothing special.

Bottle from the Beer Shoppe. Pours pale yellow with some head that fades. Nose is mild pilsner malt, aldehydes, first sip is similar with soft amarillo hops and mild lemon bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark golden-copper color with a smallish off-white head on it. Despite being a little warm (~55F), I don’t get a huge aroma off this; mostly I get a little straw and corn from the pilsner malts, without much from the hops. Taste is actually a little sweet to me, and reminds me much more a pilsner style than an APA. Not terribly interesting to me...
