Bottle. Golden-yellow with some white bubbles. Aroma is dry, apple, yeast, sourness. Flavour is dry, apple, yeast, sourness. Easy dinkable cider

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apples, apple skin - peel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate acidic with a long duration, apples, medium dry, green apples tart, red apple sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of sweet apple, apple peel, red apples and fruitiness. Flavor is sweet and sour apples with some fruitiness and yeast notes. Medium body, average carbonation.

Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of green apples. Taste is light sweet with a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a clear, pale golden cider, some white bubbles on top. Lightly acidic apple aroma with some faintly spiced hints. Apples and some sweetness in the flavor, almost candy-ish, but it’s far from cloying or tasting of white sugar. Full body, semi-dry, and with some carbonation. Lasting finish which is a bit sweet. A quite nice one. 130216

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of gunnfryd. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small white head. Very dry apple aroma. Medium body, an initial sweetness then gets rather astringent. But an enjoyable cider nonetheless. 160213

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear pale yellow with a off white head. Champagne yeast, green apple and pear. Sweet. Short bitter finish. A bit of warmth from alcohol.

75 cL clear bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry apples, mild sweet. Crisp apples and light fruity. Mild citric and lingering fruity. Crisp finish.

Clear pale yellow with almost no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and a little sulfur. Flavour is apples, fruit, dry, little white wine, little sweet and a little sulfur.
