| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 10, 2009 Pure water appearance. The aroma is fruity and floreal, delicate but persistent, with honeydew. Smooth mouthfeel; the taste is lightly fruity, dry, elegant, with a touch of sweet nuts and roasted chicken. Velvety till the final, well balanced. Good feeling, filling, at the end. jredmond (1090), New Jersey, USA

Had an interesting taste which I could see some people appreciating. Not as good as the bottle we had before this. puzzl (2661), New York, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Jul 3, 2008 Small glass at a new ramen place in nyc. They served this is a cedar box (masu), with a glass sitting inside of it, that had intentionally overflowed into the box. I figured I was supposed to pour it into the masu, which I did, and it was fine, except then it started leaking all over the place. So I poured it back in the glass, although the masu smelled delicious.
No doubt it’d overpower this sake though, it being very very mild, with light melon and orange and a touch of mint. Super dry , with no phenols. Very yummy stuff. Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Mar 20, 2008 Crisp and clear, aroma light apples and slightly sweet and puzzlingly dry. Delicately sweet flavor with faint almonds but lots of herbal and floral flavors...turns dry in the finish but still a slight residual sweetness. Terminus (1955), Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA

Dry wine like feel on the mouth and goes down very smooth. Tingles the throat and a taste that sits on the tongue begging for you to have another sip. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 1, 2004 This was one of my favorites from the nearly dozen sakes that I tried while in New York. Dry and crisp, with an almost papery aroma, slight burn of alcohol and a very pleasant aftertaste after the quick burn.
