Bottle (Thanks faroeviking) at Lord Nelson. Clear watery - no head. Sharp aroma of: licorice, metallic, ouzo, alcohol and rice. Taste: Sweetness, flowery,apples, high rice, minerals, smooth body. Nice taste strange aroma.

30 cL bottle, courtesy of faeroeviking. Pours clear and pale yellow with no head. Dry cider wood and light peppery aroma. Dry wooden and mild fruity flavoured. Smooth wooden and subdued fruity flavoured into the finish.

Botella. Clear colour. Strong rice fruity alco aroma with somthing like a light anise touch. Good bit sticky mouthfeel. Lots of rice in the sweet and fruity alco light anise flavour. I don’t recall having tasted something like anise (light) in a sake.

Bottled. A light yellow sake. The aroma has notes of rice and a bit of spices, among them anise, and alcohol. The flavor has notes of rice and some spices, and alcohol.
