Oct 6, 2007 Found this one hiding at the back of my fridge. I had close to 20 bottles of sake stashed, BuckDich helped me knock out several of them but this is one we missed. Clear & colorless, scent of almonds and melon rind with some musty koji as well. Light fruity flavor up front, mostly apricot with the alcohol noticeable in the follow. Not one of the top tier Daiginjo’s that I’ve had but still decent.
