Feb 13, 2007 This is a seishu (real saké, meaning it is made of only rice, malt and water (e.g. no preservatives). The name "Pet" comes from the fact that it comes in a pet bottle. Clear colour. Aroma of rice with a lot of bitterness. Soft smooth and quite bitter rice flavour with an average lasting bitter finish. I had it warm, which of course makes the flavour even stronger.
