UPDATED: MAY 2, 2005 Biertage 2005, 5,7% - reddish orange colour, little unregular foam, strong aroma of matured banans, very sweet with a high carbonation, long banana finish with a residual sweetness - ok but still not my kind of beer (7/4/6/3/11)
Biertage 2004 - cloudy dark-orange colour, fine head, strong corny aroma with notes of matured bananas, very (too?) sweet, a bit oily, the finish is moderately malty with reminiscence of banana - not bad at all though a bit cloying

Cloudy blondcolor; big creamy head; very nice perlage. The aroma is both fruity (banana) and spicy. The mouthfeel is not very strong, there is some wheat character and some spices, a good hopping for a Weizen, but less interesting than it used to be. The final is quite boring.

Gold wheat ale. Nice aroma, sweet, spicy (cloves). Nice malt taste, good mouth, spices; a little too much carbonation. Also good hoppy finish. Atypical wheat beer, far better than the Swiss average.
