Dark amber color; creamy head. Nice delicate aroma, some roasted malt and light hop. Smooth roasted malt sensation. I canít taste the elderberries, but itís a very good Stout (well, actually itís bottom fermentedÖ).

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2005 April 2005, Biertage 2005, 5,7% version - black coloured, little foam but a nice lacing, prune and honeyish notes, full-bodied, dry and robust malty finish with more fruity notes - very subtle and balanced; this beer has improved
April 2004, Biertage 2004 - dark ruby-brown colour, nice head, red fruits and malty aroma, sweet, medium-bodied with a dry finish - lacking of character (6/4/6/3/11)
