solothurn beerdays 2012.darker brown beer, offwhite head. caramelly, malty, hidden herbal note ( a bit like fresh hay), bittersweet toffee finish.
the brewer himself said it’s his osterbock, but that now he sells it also under the name frühlingsbock(springbock ) , because easter is 3 week ago;-)

draught@POOC, Bienne - quite clear dark brown beer under a persistent creamy beige foam; toasted aroma of biscuit and toffee with hints of walnuts; quite sweet, full-bodied and with a velvety palate; low carbonation and bitterness; earthy and malty finish with residual sugars and more buttery tones - not as good as last year’s version
