From tap Federal. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, light citrusy and straw. Toasted malty, light cornish, grassy and bitter, medium dry. Grassy and bitter finish.

Postupně sem budu doplňopvat piva, co jsem vypil a zapsal si, chvilku to asi bude trvat a proto k těm dříve vypitým pivům nebudou žádné "dojmy" .

(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of light barnyard, floral hops, dried fruit, peaches and powdered sugar. flavour is mostly cardboard and light straw, quite fruity, with light hints of barnyard. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Aromas of wheat and very light hoppy notes. Also some grassy notes

On tap at Brasserie Federal, Zurich. Nice orange body with big head. Nose is malty, fruits some spices. Taste is hoppier and sweet and eggy. Malts in there too. Oiler texture.

Ein herber und kräftig würziger Geschmack setzt sich von Anfang an fest und bleibt auch im Mittelteil bestehen. Der Nachgeschmack schmeckt komisch, mild, hopfig, nussig, aber irgendwie ist da noch was, das ich leider nicht genauer definieren kann. Stimmig wirkt das Bier und süffig isses auch. Eigentlich gar nicht mal so schlecht.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, dry dusty, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]
