Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear golden, brief airy head. Fruity nose with some boiled vegetables. Sweet with clean mouthfeel Some salt and grass, mostly dull fruitiness. Low bitterness. Mainstream industry lager.

Bottle in the lounge at the Zürich Marriott. This brew is a clear dark golden color with a medium thin and fizzy white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Small patches of lace. The aroma is grassy hops and malt. Light body with flavors of mildly spiced hops and bready malt. The finish is short and lightly bitter. Barely average all around.

On tap at Brasserie Federal, Zürich. Pours pale yellowgolden with white head. Aroma is some herbs and hops. Flavour is hoppy and some grass.

More hops, more malt and most mainstream beers, but still very mediocre, IMO.

Pours clear pale yellow with nice white head. Dry hoppy aroma. Bitter hoppy dry flavor. Bitter dry on palate and a long bitter hoppy finish.

Keg (Brasserie Federale, Zurich)
Some malty aromas. Crisp crbonatipon. Retronasals quite fruit, both flowery noble hops and some malty breadiness. Taste pretty bland, nothing more than the retronasals. Finish as expected, a touch of malt and some hops. Wow, I’m so excited.

23.10.2004, 0,33l Bottle. Pulciano Ristorante, Niederdorfstrasse 7, 8001 Zurich. Yellow colour with white head. Nice bitter malty aroma.

A pale yellow beer with a decent head leaving a good lacing. The aroma is herbal and hoppy. The flavor is rather sweet and moderately hoppy. Some oiliness detectable. A malty finish follows. An interesting brew. Rather enjoyable and very well balanced.
