3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tarty malty aroma. Nice looking amber colored beer with a thick head. Really sweet, average tasting ale. Nothing special, but decent enough.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Glowing reddish brown color...cherry brown or somesuch. Smells like a couple drops of brandy at christmas mixed into a great northwest IPA. This beer has probably seen wood...I KNOW IT'S SEEING MINE. THANKS AND GOODNIGHT::::**)))!

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This was a very tasty IPA - big citrusy grapefruit hops were mouthfilling in every respect because they blended so nicely with the intense malt presence. A great palate IPA just for this reason, everything just flows so well and it is all very appetizing.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Like hops? This one's loaded. Aroma is sweet and tangy, hops all over. Palate is very full and malty, with grapefruit esters and bitter zing. Not for the weak, this beer should satisfy any hop head.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden with a nice, frothy head. Good lace, and streaming carbonation. Aroma is heavily malty(caramel, bread),with lots of earthy, pine. Very smooth, creamy texture. Big body, rich malt backbone. Starts malty, followed by hop bitterness, lightly fruity. Finish is malty, with lingering earthy/citrus hops. Not overloaded on the hops, actually malt/sweetness stands out more to me.Pretty good. Thanks Kinz.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Orangish-red, a bit lighter than expected, body doesn't block light much at all. Large head, lasts a good long time, lacing sticks to the glass. Nose expectedly very hoppy, lots of pine and perfume, very rich. Quite bitter, very dry and citric-tart. Decent malt sweetness mixes with the grapefruit to give a good finish. Creamy palate, nice and viscous.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Sparkling orange body topped by a slightly fizzy off-white head. The aroma is citrus-grapefruit hops. As others have pointed out, pineapple is also detectable. The flavor is very nice, the masive hop bill is balanced nicely by just enough creamy malt. The finish is fairly long and bitter (what else would you expect?). The body is medium and dry. A nice IIPA overall.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
22 oz. brown bomber bottle. No freshness date seen. Poured out a vivid, brilliant, orange-copper color. Not much head to speak of, but plenty of aromas. Smells of pineapples, sticky, resinous, piney hops, fresh cling peaches in heavy syrup, very fruity & aromatic. Tastes are of pineapples, fresh oranges, tropical fruits of every description. Very hoppy, but not burningly so, like many other IIPA's. Strong malt backbone carries these hops well. Lingering bitterness on the tongue after it's swallowed. Rich, creamy texture to it, surprisingly so. Not harsh or excessively bitter in any manner.
Finishes sweet, with caramel overtones. A top of the line IIPA.
Seek it out at all costs.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Mildly surprised to be the first outside the Pacific Northwest to rate this. Why the heck did bombers of this show up in Virginia? In any case, glad they did. Aroma of pineapple hit me while I was pouring, hard to beat an Imperial IPA on aroma. Had a bit of sweetness to it as well. Clear orange in color, very nice, long lasting head. Flavor was all about pineapple, with some grapefruit and pine in the background. Long, very bitter finish. Could have used a touch more malt to round out the body, but hard to complain. A very nice beer.
