I really like this beer on Nitro tap. This was my go-to chaser at Mickey Finn’s Wednesday pint night. Delightful surging wonder. I had the Hales Cream Stout at Apex and found it very satisfactory. Think globally, drink locally, include Puget Sound and Northern Cali...

On tap at brewery. Light colored pour with a nice head from the tap. Decent aroma and flavor profile. Clean and actually a little creamy.

First cream ale I try. Creamy, light, very light almost like water, malt and hops ver, very subtle. Definitively,a beer for summer or ladies

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a hazed gold color with a thin white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of bready malt, ripe fruit and a bit of hops. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hops aftertaste. Average overall.

This cream ale is okay, but definitely nothing special. A bitter taste in the middle and finish overpower the mellow creamy nature of this beer. Also, it is too light and not malty enough to work well on nitro. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Taphouse Grill, Seattlen. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, notes of fruits and hops. Beer was nitro infused, so it was incredibly smooth.

Tastes like cream.....beautiful snowy head, thick falling bubbles when forest poured looks like a blizzard. Frothy, lil beer flavor except a weak malt thru the finish.

From nitro at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white and cremy head. Aroma is mild fruity, light citrusy. Toasted malty, crisp hoppy and light citrusy hoppy.

Tap on nitro. Pours to a crisp golden body with a super dense sexy starch white head and superior lacing. The aroma is heavy on some sort of creamy floral hops and fresh cut hay. The flavor is floral and perfume hops with a creamy pale malt and almost something like lavender. The palate is super creamy and easy drinking.

Beer Sampler Tray at Blue Star Cafe&Pub, Seattle. Hazy golden, full-bodied. With an aroma of malt and a hint of floral hops. I loved the finish. I said "good", Stefan said "ok" 19.Dec.2011
