COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Smooth and chocolatey with a subtle "coffee-like" flavor. Hale’s Cream Stout is conditioned "Dublin-Style" -- finished with nitrogen - CO2 mix to give it a head so thick you can draw your own shamrock in it! Ingredients:Pale malted barley, Crystal, Roasted, Chocolate and Black malts, Cluster and Mt. Hood Hops hops, Hale’s special yeast and filtered water.

Yes, a world class stout. Rich, thick and toasty. Lovely chocolate and coffee nose and a semisweet slightly dry finish with a fair bite, YUM!

One of the best stouts I ’ve had. It is so rich and smooth. Full bodied, non watery (like guiness). With a name like ’dublin stout’ I was expecting to have a guiness like beer, but this really blows guiness out of the water.

This is a stout in the style of Guinness and Murphy’s, so its not my cup of tea. However, this beer is MUCH better than any stout those Mics concoct. Not the beer I buy from this brewery, but if you are into Guinness, find this bad boy on stout and prepare to be floored.

More people should definately be trying this beer. Wonderful notes on nose and palate of toffee, molasses, nuts, and roasted malts. High smoke flavour, just the way I like ’em. Rich palate on tap. The most outstanding Hales I’ve had so far.

Rated 7/20/03 at the Tugboat, Portland. A good, solid, consistant stout, with a nice black body, tan head, roasty aroma, and coffee/chocolate roast flavors that slide right down.

Roasty creamy aroma. Flavor is not as intense as the aroma. Roasty creamy and sweet in the finish. Pretty good.

Guinness is the model for this one. Tastes better though. More body, velvety, some chocolate.

On Tap at the brewery on 8-4-10. Jet black with a creamy nitro head on top. Roasted aromas in the nose. Flavors of coffee, dark chocolate and just a touch of sweetness round out this beer. More like a dry stout just a little bigger and fuller. Easy drinking with a smooth mouthfeel from the nitrogen conditioning. Not bad at all.

Amber brown with a chocolate aroma lovely creamy chocolate head--this beer looked like dessert! Although the body was a little thin and watery, this was still quite a good tasting beer.

Thick creamy tan head. Burnt toffee nose. Creamy burnt choc malt taste. Love it
