looks alittle caramelly, smells hoppy and sweet. taste is way too sweet, a nice aftertaste but not enough hops and too much caramel malts.

On tap at Brouwers. Has a great pungent aroma of citrus and pine. Lots of hops burst from the nose in this. Some underlying toasted malt, but hops dominate. Pours a copper tone with a fantastic lasting head and lacing that layers like steps after each sip you take. First flavor is a like a punch of hops to the taste buds. Lots of fresh grapefruit and pine. Once the taste buds adjust to the smack of hops, you still get hops. Lots of citrus. Malt base seemed minimal and was toasty with a hint of caramel I guess. Long lingering dry sticky resins. Really good, and nice to Hales deviate from producing the same ol same ol.
