COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This medium bodied, golden blonde ale was first introduced as a Summer Seasonal this last year. It was such a hit, we decided to brew it year round for local taverns. You’ll find it in bottles again next summer. Crisp and refreshing with an aromatic hop finish.

Pours a nice clear amber color, off white head, frothy, sheets of lace. Nose is dominated by malt, a tad citrusy. Begins malt sweet, a thin top, and a nice lightly hopped finish, quite clean and quaffable for a ’BLONDE’.

Somewhat fruity zesty aroma. This is nice. A good light flavor with some fruit in the middle. Surprisingly refreshing and would make a great session beer.

Bottle. This one was a gusher. Pours murky amber with some floaters and a 4 finger foamy beige head that leaves delicate lacing. The nose is fruity and grainy. The taste is caramel and fruit with a grainy finish. Medium mouthfeel. Not that great, but I think it’s an older bottle.

Bottle: Deep blonde with a golden hue. Smallish white head. Aroma is light, but floral and bits of grass. Flavor is maltier than expected, some light florals and again grassy. Not bad. One of the better blondes that I choose to remember.
