From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light cornish flavoured. Bitter, citrusy and grassy. Bone dry and light toasted malty note.

Tap @ Red Hot. Clear gold pour with a short white head leaving heavy lace. Mild pine hop aroma. Medium body with fine carbonation, yielding a very pleasant mouth feel. Toast, biscuit, light apple/pear fruit aromas and some pine and citrus hops. Finish is short, meaty and all biscuit - to the point of maybe pancakes!? Lovely, as are most Kolsch ales, but a hair too much on the lager side of things and bettered by some others. Very sessionable.

Just a boring, bland budweiser equivalent. Somewhat sour but just watery flavorless beer water. Avoid. Disappointing from an otherwise above average brewery

Pours a beautiful golden color with a thin white head and lots of effervesence. Nose is bread and yeast. Taste is light, pure with plenty of carbonation, finishing with a nice crisp finish, not bitter. A good example of the style, this one pairs well with spreadable white cheese on Rye-Krisp.

Tap @ brewpub. Slightly hazy, very light yellow appearance with a white head. Moderately German hoppy, crisp, grainy pale lager nose. Very light pale malty, fairly german hoppy bitter flavor. Pretty bland, boring, slightly bitter beer.

12 oz bottle from 16 Tons. Pours the color of a late night piss with a minute white head and a little lacing. Smells of grassy hops with some floral notes and light biscuit malts. Taste is much the same, very grassy and somewhat reminds me of macro brews. Not terrible, but not good either.

Draft: Great summer beer. Light, crisp, refreshing, smooth and easy to drink. Has a very subtle fruitiness and a slight vinous quality. Light hint of bread as well. Clean and balanced.

Clear olden pour with a moderately large white head. Nice toasty, grainy bread and plain popcorn nose, light fruitiness and hay. Tastes is pretty similar, light and grainy with toasty character, light sweetness, herbal and grassy hops balancing. A nice example of the style with no off-putting characteristics.
