On tap at Baileys Taproom. Colour...light straw with a thin white head. Nose...delicately floral with hints of honey and honeysuckle. Palate... lightly frothy, with a tangy grassiness, a slight bit of dryness, and a mildly husky flavour. Not much going on here, in the flavour department, but not offensive either.

On tap at brewery. Light color pour, with minimal head. Very light aroma and flavor. Not a lot going on here, but if it was a hot day, this would certainly be refreshing.

On tap at The Copper Hog, pours a clear blond with a small white head. Aroma of cereal malts and dry crackers. Flavour is quite dry with dry toasted bread, crackery malts and not much else. Dry but fairly flavourless and almost a sparkling water carbonation-like flavour.

For me it was a blend of a pale ale with a lager, because it has a dry aftertaste. Very strange beer, I have to try an original German one.

Bottle. Pale golden with a fizzy white head. Sweet earthy malty aroma and taste with straw notes and a light bodied palate.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, light earthy, soap notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120818]

Bottle @ fonefan. cloudy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is straw, perfume, herbs. Flavor follows the nose.

Bottle @ home. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light bready malt, hay, straw, light citrusly hops. Flavor is light malty, straw, hay, notes of light hops. Thin body, soft carbonation. 190812
