3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 jercraigs (6477) - Toronto, Ontario, - APR 18, 2008UPDATED: JUL 18, 2010 2010-07-03. Crisp golden orange body, nice creamy beige head. 4+ Citrus up front, lemony orange, gives way to a more resiny hop core, leafy green accents. Light caramel malt is mild, supportive. Fairly bitter throughout, lingering bitterness in the finish. 7+ Average plus bodied palate. Resiny hop aroma is a bit mild in comparison to the flavour, mild orange citrus. 7+ Average palate. Pretty solid IPA. 7+/4+/7+/3/16+ - 3.7 On tap at Hales, Seattle
2008-04-18. Hazy orange amber body with a small white head. Moderate hop aroma, light resin. (6+) Similar flavour, moderate hops and resin throughout, light fruity character. Average palate. It’s pretty decent and quite drinkable, but just a bit more assertiveness to it would take it up a notch for me. 6/3/7/3/14 - 3.3 Bottle from Karen’s Seattle Trip.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 mikedR (362) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - APR 29, 2013
Acceptable IPA; not getting any of the typical benefits from dry hopping. Cloudy pour, with a non descript aroma. Taste has some nice malty character, but little hops other than a lingering bitterness.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 WheatKing (703) - Oak Bay, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 4, 2013
Surprised this is 6.2%, I thought it was just a fiver. Pretty middle-of-the-road, the bitterness is there, but the aroma hops don’t really make a statement. One was enough. (Thanks S!)

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 fiulijn (12179) - Malmö, DENMARK - AUG 5, 2012
Bottle at Anchovies & Olives, Seattle Hazy deep blond color; small head. Some aroma of malt, caramel, crystal malt. Common malt and toffee flavor, with quite strong bitterness, some hop resins. An entry level for IPAs, not bad, but without fresh characteristics.

355ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a finger of white head that leaves a thin spotty lacing. Aroma is light grapefruit with some other fruits and some caramel. Taste is light grapefruit bitterness with some malty and fruity sweetness in a harmonius balance. Medium bodied with decent carbonation. A respectable india pale ale that was an enjoyable experience.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 NachlamSie (2345) - Tennessee, USA - MAY 24, 2012
Half pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy straw color. This is a very refreshing take on the style. It’s lighter bodied, though just slightly. The hop profile is lemony with a little grapefruit bite. Malts are smooth, just providing a little basic sweetness. Really quite good. This is a clean and harmonious IPA.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 tpb3jd (46) - University Place, Washington, USA - APR 28, 2012
On tap at Hales: Good floral aroma, respectable hoppiness but not overly heavy with alcohol, a robust palate with notes of dankness that kept strong in opposition to brunch that was full of onion and garlic. A reliable standby.
