10 oz schooner draft at the brewery pub in Seattle, Washington. Nitro pour. Pour is big and frothy, tons of settling, deep copper in color, eventually a light tan head. Pretty, I like the look of a nitro pour, suck on that nitro haters. Aroma of not too much, touch of cereal grains, touch of sweet malt. Taste is sweet cereal grains, along with a weird chemical diacetyl which unsettles the balance and really flattens the beer out. Palate is the typical velevety flatish nitro, with mouth coating residual sweetness. Just ok.
