Tasted from a bomber. It poured a cloudy golden hue with a white head and uneven lacing. Citrus-apricot nose with a fruity hopped taste. This is a dandy of an IPA from Half Acre.

On tap. Pours golden orangish with a frothy white head. Aroma is of hops, pine, and tropical fruit. Taste is of bitter hops, with lots of tropical fruit. A good amount of mango, and even some apricot. Lingering taste of apricot. Nice hop bite to it as well. Has a bready malt backbone that balances the beer out very well. Mouthfeel is soapy, almost oily. Body is heavily carbonated and sticky. Goes down way too easy.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap, poured into a snifter. The aroma is sweet grapefruit with a light, but noticeable herb spice. It pours clear amber orange with white soft soap head that leaves a wispy surface and a moderate light ring. The taste is a balanced medium high bittersweet. The texture is oily with a soft, fizzy carbonation and a medium full body flavored with citrus, grains, and herbs. It’s finish is crisp with a citrus swell and a waxy and bready touch. It’s also a bit soapy and grassy in feel and leads to an aftertaste that’s lightly bitter and waxy with a flavor of toasted bread.

Orange and tropical and citrus perfection. Poured from 22oz bottle on the dock at the lake. My wheelhouse IPA. Orange vanilla and grapefruit. Fantastic.

Bang Zoom to the the Moon! This beer is awesome the aroma is has a huge apricot citrus burst with a subtle, non-bitter citra hop and apricot taste. I highly recommend this brew ski! Had it out of a bomber, per use. for Pipeworks.

Bomber. Golden pour, decent head retention and lacing, nose is tropical fruit, malt. Mouth is a lotta mango, passion fruit, mildly sweet, toast, some hints of cereal. Solid.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at half acre taproom, pours a hazy golden/orange with large white head. Huge hop aroma, mainly citrus, oranges and grapefruit, lightly tropical, some resin. Citra really stands out but still a really nice balance with the malt. Taste of citrus gragefruit, bitter grassiness, nice spice, resinous, great malt presence. Terrific balance, very drinkable!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Draft from Au Cheval. Pours a clear orange with a white head. Pretty much a Zombie Dust clone. Aromas of peach, citrus, melon/cantaloupe. Taste is light bitterness and a fruity sweetness. Body is medium to light. Carbonation is medium to light as well. Really great citra IPA and I’d drink it all the time if readily available.
