Draught. Pours black with a frothy tan small head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, coffee, chocolate, herbal and a hint of green apple. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Body is medium, texture is light sticky, carbonation is soft. Finishes light dry with roasted malt and alcohol.

Tap. Black with a small beige light lacing head. Aroma is roasted malt, grain, light chalk, light charcoal, light earthy coffee. Taste is medium sweet and light/medium bitter. Medium body, oily/watery texture, soft carbonation. Light dry coffee finish.

[5/1/13] Draught at Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen. Black. Aroma of coffee beans, a bit "green" and roastiness. Roasty flavor with lots of coffee beans. Medium to full-bodied.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, pours black with a medium beige / tan head. Aroma of roasted coffee beans, cocoa powder, and moderate roast. Flavour of a cold cup of coffee, roasted malts, and some dry bitter cocoa powder. Quite full-bodied and dominated by coffee. Generic impie stout, but well-crafted. Good stuff.

Draught. Opaque black liquid with small to medium tan head. Aroma of coffee, earth, chocolate ,ash, roasted malt, licorice, dark fruit and flowery hops. Taste is dry to light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of coffee, chocolate, ash and dark fruit. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Great coffee notes.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a black colour with a beige foamy head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, soy sauce and dark chocolate. Flavour of roasted malts, coffee, syrup, soy sauce and chocolate. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel and a roasty, soy sauce, salty finish. Good.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pitch black beer with a small but lasting beige head. Roasted licorice aroma, vinous, cocoa powder, chocolate, raisins, figs,salty, some caramel. Licorice föavor, caramel, roasted chocolate, cocoa powder, hay, floral notes, vinous, soot, tar. Great body and a nice chocolate and prune finish.
