Tap. Pours deep brown with a small, lacing, tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and licorice notes. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry, with a touch of alcohol and with bitter notes. Medium bodied, oily to creamy text. and flat carb. Very nice indeed.

Bottle thanks to Nick! Pours a dark brown with beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is roast chocolate and smoke. Medium mouthfeel with rich chocolate and light bitter finish. Good.

Bottle share. Pours a nice black color. Aroma is all chocolate. A little dried fruit. Taste is similar. Some coffee, some dried fruit, some chocolate. Can’t really put my finger on it but its damn good. Full bodied and goes down smooth.

Draft at Lincoln Square Winter Brew. Opaque black pour with robust lingering khaki head. Aroma is chocolate and coffee (hint of burnt wood). Taste is roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Very silky mouthfeel, nice balance finish. Would never guess that this is 10%. Tremendous. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber, black pour, minor head. Nose is Hersey syrup. Taste is bitter chocolate with a touch of coffee. On the lighter and more carbonated side for an imperial stout. Kinda like a thinner version of a tier chocolat with a hint of coffee
