bottle. pours a nice black with a dark brown head. smells of chocolate and a bit of roasty smoke. flavor is very milky, with a nice chocolate. finishes with an over the top roast flavor that lingers. body and mouthfeel were perfect for the flavors. if the roast was toned down this would be an amazing beer. that being said, it is still pretty fucking good.

Pours dark almost black with a thin tan head. Smell of roasted cocoa. Definitely not a sweet brew but flavorful. Finished more than a bit smoky-like a lot! Was expecting this to be thin but grateful it was medium body. Overall this was done well.

Thanks to my patron saint and The Wizard for this bomber! Shared this with a few buds in Chi and we all agreed it was a pretty damn solid milk chocolate bomb masked as beer. Silky dark brown pour with a minimal carbonation, some sticky lacing. Nice milk choc nose, mild roasted malts and a bit of lacto. Mouthfeel was a bit insubstantial for the style, but not too thin. Slightly dark more roasty flavors in the taste than the nose suggested, but mostly the delicious candy promised on first snort. Nice one.

Bomber pours an opaque black with medium tan head that never completely disappears, but which leaves faint lacing. Aroma is full of chocolate, coffee, cream, and bready malts. Body is medium to full, befitting a stout, with minimal carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. Taste is sweet, but not as sweet as I had feared it might be, with a touch of hoppy bitterness in the middle. There’s nothing over the top here, just a very good chocolate stout and another reason I’ll check out what Half Acre might come up with next.

Bottle shared by beerpig317. Poured black color with medium brown frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium to heavy roasted chocolate malt aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy roasted dark sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration to long duration. My expectations where exceeded with a good stout.
