COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A west coast Pale Ale chock-full of dank, aromatic hops. This one’s a screamer, horde it.

Available all year long. 5.2% ABV.

A version of Daisy Cutter called Classic was bottled and conditioned with Champagne Yeast. Ratings for that beer also are placed here.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange - citrus, tropical fruit - peach. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, hops, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130501]

From tap at MikkellerBar. Pours hazy deep amber with a small off white head. Aroma is dense cinnamon and cardemomme to nutmeg. Soapy, bitter and spice. Thick spiced and soapy finish. I really dont like beers this extremely spiced.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Pours light hazy yellow with a small, creamy, white film head. Aroma is lovely, citrus, peach, orange. Highish carbonation, dry and fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is quite mild, some yeast, crisp malts, resin, citrus, peach and pine. Quite dry but not overly bitter finish.
