Nose, nose, nose....such a nice mixed hoppy nose. This is good stuff...a light resiny mouthfeel that sticks all over. The appearance is pretty average, but the taste is a nice beer. More hops in the nose than the palate which is a unique touch. A really nice effort.

Dense creamy white head, Apple juice appearance, Christmas tree aroma, lingering bitterness, and very satisfying. I just came back from a two mile hike and wolf this 5.2v down and wanted another but bought this one can as a trial based on high reviews from trusted beer aficionados.

Very good apa. Dank pone and bright citrus. A little heavy for a session, but definitely biting at the heals of ZD and Sue

Decent level of hopping - not too much, not too little. Makes a good session IPA although the ABV might be pushing it for that purpose. Pine with some grassy and citrus against a bready malt in a medium body. Nice one.

A very nice pale ale. A good hop to the aroma. This is a great pale ale. The hops are bitter and lasting but you can still tell this doesn’t have the alcohol of an IPA. Top notch.

Draught at Toronado San Diego, 22.4.16. Clear amber. Mango, some pines and then more tropical fruit (pineapple?) in the nose. Bitter, dry and passion fruit in the mouth. Medium-to-full body, dry and bitter finish.

Good clean aroma but not at all strong or hoppy. Above average appearance, hazy orange with tiny white ring of head. Really nice flavor without becoming a hop bomb. Citrusy and refreshing. Good amount of carbonation. Great summer beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Served on tap in a pint glass Appearance- The beer is served a deep golden amber color with a little bit of haze. The head of the brew is thick and billowy with a strong showing which slowly fades over time to leave a ton of streak lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a grassy smell mixed with a little bit of a herbal hop aroma. Along with these aromas comes some light notes of bread and a bit of cracker. Taste- The taste begins with a rather crackery taste mixed with a bit of an herbal and grassy hop taste. As the taste moves on more hop comes to the tongue with even more grass and pine coming to the tongue. A little bit of a grapefruit citrus comes at the very end, combining with the rest to leave a nice dank hopped, but not overlay hopped taste to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel-The body of the beer is rather thin with a carbonation level that is on the slightly lower side. A bit of a higher carbonation may have been slightly more appropriate, but overall the feel was pretty decent for the more dank tastes. Overall- A pretty nice pale ale overall with a more dank hopped profile. Rather tasty.

Can. Pours a gorgeous gold with a medium fine grained lacy head. Nose is grapefruit, lime, white pepper, toast, and stone fruit. Sweet and fruity up front, with a decent amount of citrus acidity. However, there’s a lot of bitterness that runs through it all the way; it stays and runs through the finish, keeping what otherwise might be too sweet a beer clean. Very refreshing.
