Double Daisy Cutter is a monster version of the original Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. A heftier grain bill amps up the weight and double dry hopping insures there’s enough hops to recede your gums.

A specialty brew. Grab it when you see it. 8% ABV

Thanks to Ken for sharing. The beer is golden hued with a thin white head. The aroma offers candied citrus, pineapple, sweet hops, tropical fruit. The flavor offers a huge dose of hops with grapefruit and a healthy bitterness. Really nice. Big and bold. I like this one a lot.

Bomber pours a clear orange/amber color with lasting white head and good lacing. Aroma has grapefruit, orange, green onion, some sweet caramel and a bit of pine resin. Taste is initially sweet with a long bitter dry finish. Body is medium with only slight carbonation. Mouthfeel is sticky. Overall a well balanced, clean tasting IIPA, and exactly what I had hoped for. I’ve enjoyed the regular Daisy Cutter many times, and this is as the name suggests - maybe not twice as good, but up a notch from a very good ale to begin with.

Bottle from StFun, thanks Josh! Pours a nice, clear, bright orange with quickly disappating head. Aroma is pine and citrus hops. Flavor is amazing citrus and floral hops. Nice sticky, hoppy mouthfeel with a great floral finish. Really enjoyable.

Bottle at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Good DIPA, some dry citrus. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some mellow pine, grapefruit. Big but somewhat dry and balanced, good.

Can. A slight improvement on the original which I also really like. Big hop, pine, and grapefruit aroma. Taste is a little rough but finishes smooth with a complex and changing aftertaste.

Draft at Khyber with Vin, Pat and Janine. Pours a clean gold with one finger of white head and solid lacing. Tangerine, grapefruit, onion, garlic, grass with some sweet malts. Tasted really fresh and delicious. So good I had to have another 3.

On tap at Khyber with Janine, Thom, and Vinny. Pours clear copper with a foamy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, tangerine, sweet white onion, and some sugary alcohol. Tastes like fresh grapefruit, grass, onions, and some orange in the finish. Very resinous, oily, and hoppy. Really just incredibly fresh, hoppy, and delicious. Excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz bomber. Pours hazy orange with minimal head. Very little discernible aroma. Notes of citrus followed by a nice hoppy bite. Having had many standard Daisy Cutters, that taste is definitely there but kicked up a notch which is precisely what I was hoping for.
