Bottle to snifter (thanks beerpig317). Looks good; orange with thin, sticky lacing. Smells good; sweet and hoppy. Tastes good too; grassy and hoppy. Mouthfeel is average. Good stuff!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is something I’d love to drink year round, every day, good and bad days...you get the point. So juicy and everything you would want from a great cirtusy IPA...you get it. So balanced also. Malty. Finishes dry. crisp. Very refreshing. vibrant pour. clear. tight white head.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2013 Just like the original but jucier, tastier, and fresher. Delicious hops, and vanilla tasting malts. Very good beer, please try dis man. Tried again at Khyber in Feb ’13, lots of tangerine flavored hops, orange pine and a big dry bite in the finish. Very dank.

Thanks to nbondi for the trade - Bright orange, not much head - maybe a thin ring of foam. Flowery hop aroma. Some citrus, as wll. Very hop foward flavor, but still nicely mixed. Smoe caramel, then a lot of floral, citrusy hops. A bit on the thin side, which works here. Tasty stuff.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bottle in a wine glass. Pours hazy orange with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma strong of citrusy and floral hops with enough caramel malts to balance it out. Flavor the same with a lot of hops on the finish. Smooth texture. A pretty good beer.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
All I have to say about this beer is that it tastes exactly like Daisy Cutter, just really juiced up. No joke, I drank a fresh can of Daisy Cutter next to my glass of Daisy Cutter and the character was identical, just with different levels of potency.

Originally reviewed: 6/24/10. Poured into a goblet. Pours a very murky, cloudy dark gold. Sits pretty dense in the glass. A small finger-width off-white head rests on top. Lots of sticky lace clings to the glass. The nose on this beer is superb! This is eye-crossingly wonderful. Tons of citrus notes waft out: grapefruit, passion fruit, lemon zest, oranges, etc. This really smells amazing. I wish I could scent my car with this.
The mouth is firm. Slight oily feel. Sits heavier than many of the style. Carbonation level is spot-on. As this beer warms a bit, a smooth creamy characteristic takes over. Great citrusy hops in the flavor. Light spiciness, but nothing overbearing. Adds a nice touch. The bitterness is much more pronounced right away, but as it warms a smooth honey-sweetness pops up. Excellent balance. I enjoyed this entire bomber for myself. I want more! Great beer. Thanks again, Ed.
