COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double Daisy Cutter is a monster version of the original Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. A heftier grain bill amps up the weight and double dry hopping insures there’s enough hops to recede your gums.

A specialty brew. Grab it when you see it. 8% ABV

Pours a hazy golden amber with a small disappearing white head. The aroma has citrus and tropical fruit hops, light resiny notes and cat pee. The flavor has more tropical fruit and citrus with plenty of fresh hops, toasted bready malts and a moderate bitterness to the finish. Decent amount of drinkability for what it is.

Bottle. Golden pour with tan head. Light grassy and herbal hop aromas. Flavors are lighter than expected, grassy and citrus.

Bottle. Pouts a hazy pale amber, medium beige head, nice leaving. Aroma is spruce, grapefruit, a bit tropical, bready. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, oily mouthfeel.

Sweet, citruscy and bubblegummy flavor. This is just crushable. Smells sweet and bubblegummy. Had a bottle share with Feezor. Pours orange with a thin white head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice and dry IIPA, very drinkable for a big beer. About what you’d expect of you are familiar with regular Daisy Cutter. Big fresh fruity hop nose with a hint of pine. Mild carbonation and light yet full body. Just enough bitterness in the finish to keep it crisp. I am not the biggest fan of this style anymore but this is really well done.

Sampled at DLD 2014. It poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. The aroma was of pineapple, piney resinous hops and some dry earthy notes. The taste was very earthy and dirty upfront, some dry piney hops, caramel malts and earthy dry hops. Nice.

Tap at EBF. Citrus-dominated, maltier DIPA that really says "midwest DIPA" to me. A very solid beer.

Received in a trade. Love the label. Great double IPA. Malty, full bodied, and balanced. Sweeter style with juicy citrusy hops. Not too complex or unique to set it apart from others in the class, just good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Nick. Pours a clear orange with medium frothy white head. The aroma is nice pine and floral hop, grapefruit. Medium mouthfeel with nice sweet fruit hop and light bitter finish. Very nice.

Latest bottle and served in my HA snifter: I will just say this... Juicy, dank, resiny, astringent, boozy... yep it completely what you would expect from this beer. I love it... but I would gladly just drink regular Daisy Cutter danke.

(it is just restrained enough on the dankness I can enjoy it for that is a deal breaker if overloaded)
