COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’ve brewed a variant of Double Daisy Cutter we’re calling Galactic Double Daisy Cutter. This version highlights Galaxy hops, a bruiser grown in Australia specifically to make pallets numb.

Taste is cat pee and the aroma cat pee. This beer is gay. Better in the daylight. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This one is incredible. Super hoppy like all their beers and really citrusy pours a dark golden orange in color. I can drink this one every day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Half Acre. Deep amber with a miniscule white protector. Aroma is dank and piney with cat pee, pine and some citrus. Balanced but on the hop side with pine, resinous hops, some floral notes and a solid caramel backer. Bitter and pleasing.

22 oz. bottle, sent from pantanap (thanks a lot man), pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of caramel malts, some resinous hops, and some floral notes. Flavour brings out loads of floral hops, some resinous hops, a touch of residual sugars, and some caramel malts. Very well-balanced, with just the right amount of residual sugar. Characterized mainly by the floral and resinous hops. Very good, but I prefer the regular Double Daisy Cutter.

Hazy orange-tan pour with a white head. The aroma is full of papaya, stone fruit, bread and pine. The flavor is similar. I love the papaya and mango notes that come through up front, as well as a touch of pine. There is a medium to high bitterness as well as a bit of biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle at Max’s. Pours an amber golden body with no head. Aroma is faint citrus hop, oranges, grapefruit and a very light funk character. Mouthfeel is medium to light with bright citrus, funk, and light grass. Overall, very clean sessionable DIPA.

Bottle. Pours golden orange with a white head. Piney and citric hops, medium bitterness, sweet citrus fruits, and a medium bitter hoppy finish. An absurdly drinkable hop bomb. Really really damn good.

Bottle. Refreshing citrus and hop aroma. White thin head. Masks alcohol well. Pleasant citrus and hop taste. Clean finish. Two thumbs up.

Bottle courtesy of Max, by way of Kan, at Max’s for Jen’s going away tasting. Pours a lightly hazed golden amber with a thin white head. Big mango and pineapple, juicy citrus. Lots of sticky malt, a bit of cool citrus. Medium bodied, spicy citrus and a touch of warm alcohol. Spicy into the finish, cool citrus. Very tasty.
