At the brewery. Nice refreshing sessionable beer. Nice hoppy notes, and slightly lingering aftertaste.

Draft at Portillos downtown. Cool this turned out like I guessed. To me it was a nice, light refreshing sessionable IPA. The hops were great but not overpowering. Not boring like some golden ales can be.

16 ounce can from Potash. Hops in nose. Clean crisp taste. Straw color. Works for me on a 102 degree day.

A clear, golden pour with a rocky, white head. The aroma has some good florals and light grain. The light body has a watery texture with average carbonation. It has a bitter taste with a dry finish. Not bad, but a little boring.

Originally reviewed: 2/8/11. Can poured into a pint glass. Pours a crystal clear pale gold. A small white head coats the top. Fair spotty lace clings to the glass. The nose is fresh with scents of cut-grass, lemons, floral hops, and citrus. Very potent for the style. The mouth is much more full than expected as well. Good carbonation. Plenty of hops at the forefront of this one. Mild bitterness, but juicy citrus flavors abound. Grass-like qualities noted, some mild hay. This beer breaks away from the norm on the style by packing plenty of flavor. Good beer. Thanks for the opportunity, Baron.

Excellent beer, very drinkable. Perfect balance of malt and hops. Would go great by itself of with burgers and brats. Can definitely stand its own among other strong, flavors.

16oz can bonus from a trade. Translucent pale amber with a generous white head that fades to a nice thin layer. Very mellow with a light aroma of hops, orange, and grains. Moderate carbonation, thin, very mild bitter and slightly dry, decent but relaxed brew.

Cloudy golden color. Aroma is sweet and caramel. Mouth is medium. Great head on this. Taste has a great balance is super flavorful for a lighter beer. Great bitter hop at the end cleans everything away. I could drink this one all day.

16 oz can pours a clear golden color with a quickly diminshing head and a little lacing., When I first smelled this, I thought it was an American pale ale. Very pleasant with a bitter taste, hoppy aroma, medium body and clean finish.

Poured from a can at Harry Caray’s in Chicago. Dark gold color, brief pillow head, and the citrusy hop aroma. The malt was of a light cereal type to balance. A good steady drinker, but nothing real special.
