Canned, thanks to pawola22 in trade, clear golden color with aroma of oranges, has a bitter light citric flavor, refreshing

Thanks to Pawola22 for sending me this canned beer. The beer pours a yellow-orange color with a white head. The aroma is fairly simple but is very inviting. I get a lot of biscuit malt and some orange citrus notes from the hops. The flavor is heavy on the oranges and biscuit malt, with a little bit of light toffee and grassy notes. Low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice, light to medium hopped blonde ale.

16 oz can. Soft bready notes reminiscent of a helles. Body has snappy effervescence, light throughout. Biscuity notes are forefront, followed by hop bitterness that is exaggerated by the lightness of it all.

Pours light amber with light notes of spice on the nose. A true session style ale that really drniks easy and well with some decent balance of flavors from the mouth to the finish.....A good easy brew.

I had this on tap at Half Acre. The beer pours a light murky gold with a decent white head, nothing of note. The aroma is light hops pretty boring. The taste is bad, its a trumped of version of a bud light. Light hop, mostly skunk and a super light feel. Mouthfeel is water and not something I would drink more than half a pint of. Quite disappointing

Open bar glass at Alternatives gala....great treat for an open bar. Definitely a light weight ale; nice color and very mild nose...an excellent session beer....not a hoppy beer whatever the promo....but good sipping material. Had a Daisy Cutter right before, so expectations were high.

A light golden ale. It is easy to drink, somewhat flavorful, it definitely has that over some of itís counterparts.

Pint can from johnbjaeger on BA - thanks! Definitely the least of the beers Iíve had from Half Acre, but itís also clearly intended to be a light and unassuming session brew. Clean straw golden with prickly carbonation, light pear and yeast in the nose. Body is slightly slick, loses character a bit too quickly. And the dry-hopping is only moderately present, leading to a more anonymous beer than Iíd hoped for. Still, decent quaffer.

This is a big beers drinkers light beer, great for Sunday football or a long day of tailgating. No hop flavor and light on the alcohol, very refreshing. It has characteristics of a belgian blonde ale mixed with an american pilsner. Some hints of citrus but no hop finish.

Can [500ml] shared with HogTownHarry, tupalev, jerc & mabel -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a clear pale gold with an average size white head. Aroma and flavour of caramel malt, floral hops and lemon. Average bodied. Not bad.
