Half acre horizon. 22oz bottle courtesy of Sean... Pours a copper tea- like reddish earthy hue with a semi-fluffy white head... Aroma soft grain and yeast with light citrus... Flavors are semi-sweet with an earthy tea-like base. Soft body and carbonation, earthy and adds a hint of tartness in the backend which seemed unannounced. Ok. 6/3/6/3/12

Sampled on tap at Goose Belgian Fest (Chicago, IL). Pours a murky amber pour, darker with a touch of glowing edges. A decent frothy whitish head sits atop, brighter ring. Laces small. Aromas are. Touch syrupy, some fruit, skin, and flaked wheat. A touch of of spice, some mellow bread. A bit funny. Initial is weird, flaked wheat and bready malts, touches of fruity tannins throw tamarinds, and touches of spice, vanilla, cool sweeter malts. Finish is lingering tamarind, bready yeasty spice on the mellow end, sweet malts. A bit bland, a touch strange. Interesting beer. Not a recommended one.. But interesting. Maybe it works with the pairing. A touch citrusy and orangey up front, but falls off quickly. A strange brew.

Bottle thanks to pawola22. Murky, orange/copper color with a small white head. Loads of lacing as the head fades. Slightly fruity aroma. Mango, orange, and fairly dusty. Just not a lot going on. Some caramel is present too. Taste is mostly wheat, caramel, but no real fruit character. Slightly dusty, and a slightly gritty mouthfeel. Not exactly bad, but this isnít something I would need to drink again.

Bottle, thanks to Sean... Bright gold, light tan head, decent retention... The nose is a bit rough, vomity malt with hibiscus... More malty vomit, hibiscus is more prevalent and not in good way, alone its very ok, need to try it pared at Next
