The flavor was tart and bitter with grassy and perfumey hop notes. Medium length finish. Light to medium body. Meh.

The beer pours clear yellow with a white head. The aroma has pale pilsner malt, mild hops and a nice roundness. It has has a lighter body but pretty smooth and light carbonation. The taste starts with light pale malt, grass and a bit of sulfur. The Dinah has a nice dry lingering effect. Quite nice.
