3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can. Pours a clear golden yellow with little islands. I’m a sucker for the clean, easy-drinking beers, and this fits the bill. Slightly malty, light hops, nothing too over the top but a nice refreshing clean beer. Well done.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
16 oz can to snifter (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks good; an almost completely transparent gold with white lacing. Smells of dough and mild bitter hops. Tastes like it smells with a nice, snappy mouthfeel. A good pils.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at American Tap Pub & Eatery in Addison, IL., and dispensed to a shaker with a clear straw to light gold color, with a persistent head of frothy white foam, and curtainy cling to the lacing. The nose was dry, light grain, Pils malt, and typical lager scent. The taste offered moderately aggressive but smoothed & lingering hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied, with appropriate carbonation, and a dry & bitter, totally crisp finish. A no nonsense, German style+ Pils.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
16oz can, thanks to the owner of Bare Hands.. Mostly clear golden yellow color. Thin white head. Medium body. Smooth, crisp carbonation. More dry texture. Nice lemony citrus hop profile. Good biscuity, bready, lightly peppery malt. Moderate bitter taste, light helles-type sweetness. This is a damn good pilsener. I could crush the hell out of this 16oz can. So crisp and easy drinking. Awesome stuff, one of the best pilsners I’ve ever had.

Pours a neon yellow with a generous white head. Aromas of lemon and straw. Taste is minimal spicy, some sweetness. Grassy and effervescent. Finishes slightly bitter and spongy. Decent.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
16oz can from the brewery. Pale yellow-tan body, that faint classic Pils tinge. Thin, steady, creamy white head. Grassy, sweet aroma. Very hop forward, dry, rindy. Smooth golden malt and some deep Lager tones. Balanced, with a lot going on for such a drinkable, refreshing beverage. Drier and more hop forward than a German example, but really firmly planted in its style, a true and authentic example of the style. Top ten US Pils for sure.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Enjoyed on tap at the taproom. Served in a becher.
A: Pours a clear yellow color with a foamy white head forming on the pour. About one finger in height the head sticks around with some nice retention. Sticky lace is left down the glass.
S: Cereal grain sweetness with a crisp hard water. Light hop profile with a nice noble character to it. Slightly spicy as well.
T: Same as the nose. A nice grainy malt sweetness with a noble hop character. Lightly spiced with a little floral note to it.
M: Light bodied with a medium carbonation level. Sweet finish.
O: A very solid pils. Nicely balanced with a great malt sweetness.
Serving type: on-tap
