4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
16oz can from the brewery. Pale yellow-tan body, that faint classic Pils tinge. Thin, steady, creamy white head. Grassy, sweet aroma. Very hop forward, dry, rindy. Smooth golden malt and some deep Lager tones. Balanced, with a lot going on for such a drinkable, refreshing beverage. Drier and more hop forward than a German example, but really firmly planted in its style, a true and authentic example of the style. Top ten US Pils for sure.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
16oz can, thanks to the owner of Bare Hands.. Mostly clear golden yellow color. Thin white head. Medium body. Smooth, crisp carbonation. More dry texture. Nice lemony citrus hop profile. Good biscuity, bready, lightly peppery malt. Moderate bitter taste, light helles-type sweetness. This is a damn good pilsener. I could crush the hell out of this 16oz can. So crisp and easy drinking. Awesome stuff, one of the best pilsners I’ve ever had.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
16 oz can to snifter (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks good; an almost completely transparent gold with white lacing. Smells of dough and mild bitter hops. Tastes like it smells with a nice, snappy mouthfeel. A good pils.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can from the noblest of squirrels. Pours a slightly hazy yellow/gold, with white head. Aroma of hay and grass. Taste follows suit. Palate is average, not too spritzy. Finishes slightly bitter and lingers longer than I would have expected for a pils. Easy drinking for sure, but this doesn’t blow me away by any means...not that that has to be the case for every beer. The flavors here just don’t pop for me.

Meh. Drinking this right now in the tap room. Weak with little flacor. No hopa or malt. Clean with aome bitter but disappointing.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap @ Half Acre. Pours a clear, golden appearance with a white head. Clean dry, herbal, light honey, a bit grainy aroma. Grassy, a bit sweet grainy, straw, clean flavor. Very easy to drink Pils.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
16oz can. Grabbed this for Game 4 as Binny’s didn’t have any Molson Canadian (hockey sacrelige!) and HABC hasn’t really disappointed me yet (well, besides Chocolate Camaro, but everyone gets one free mulligan). Anyhow, this one pours a pale straw color with a fluffy white head, awesome retention, decent lacing. Nose is what you’d expect in a Pils (old school hops and some malt). Mouth is light to medium bodied, some lemon, light malts, lots of hippy bitterness, clean mouth feel. I like this one better than most other craft-brewed.Pilsners I’ve had. Solid effort.
