3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tallboy from Sherm1016’s beer fridge....thanks! Pours a bright clear yellow...thin head. Taste has a slight crisp edge to it...mild carbonation and a pleasantly bitter end. Tasty.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
16 oz. can. Pours a hazy gold color with a medium off white head. Aroma of fresh bread, hops, nice pilsner malt aroma. Flavor is bright and bitter, deliciously hoppy, with a strong bread malt flavor. This is almost a perfect craft pilsner. Hoppy, bready, perfectly balanced, medium bodied. This is unbelievable. Finishes hoppy. Near perfect pils.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear, slightly hazy yellow with a good white head that lingers for a bit. Aroma is pretty mellow, consisting of grass, lemon, and hay. The taste contains lots of grass and lemon. Underneath these are some yeasty and grainy impressions. Its a little sweet with a quick, very grassy aftertaste. This one is crisp and very easy to drink. Its perfect for the summer. The body is light, thin in texture, with average carbonation. This one isn’t all that complex. Its alright.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled at an esbls. Clear golden. Clear light gold. This is really dry. Light hops might be noble. Some grain. The uber dry hops are a nice change of pace.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Welp, I’ll be honest- pilsners are probably my least favorite style. Ordered this one at a bar solely for the tallboy can and price at the bar, and got about what I expected.
Drinkable, piss yellow. I’d give this to my Dad and he’d think he found the best beer on Earth. It’s not bad, but not great either. The best part is the can, which is ridiculously adorable. Ah, ponies.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
16oz tallboy can, from the brewery. Pours a clear, pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is hoppy, grassy, a little hay. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet, bready, cereal, grassy, pine hops, with a clean, bitter finish that lingers for a while. Refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the source... Pours a mostly transparent pale lagery light cider consistency, homogenous, and topped with a creamy barely off-white head... Aroma of soft grain and grassy undertones with a touch of lemon accents. Light spice on the backend... Flavors are crisp with semi-sweet grain and cooperating grassy semi bitter spicy hops backing. Clean profile throughout with a nice bitter backend. Lighter bodied with adequate carbonation. Nice little pils here with semi-assertive bittering.

One of the smoothest pilsner I have ever had. A nice bite of hops and pours a nice golden yellow.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
5 ounce sample pour at the tap room. Aroma is grain, some pilsner funkiness, and hints of lemon. Appearance is a bright yellow with decent amounts of foam and lacing. The taste is fantastic, one of the best pilsners I’ve had in a while. Grain, citrus, yeast, mineral water, very very refreshing and highly drinkable. Palate is perfectly suited for this style. It’s big bodied enough to carry the summer flavors on the light side of medium, steady carbonation, crisp. Overall it’s an excellent beer that would be great in larger than 5 ounce portions.
