Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet yeast flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectation where met.

A: The pour on this one is a pale yellow color with a rather tall white head.
S: A very nice fruit aroma to start this one off. Tons of pears and apples with a light dosing of spice. The hop notes are subtle and there is plenty of yeast and bread, the latter of which adds a bit of sweetness.
T: As with the aroma, a strong flavor of pear, apple, and even some citrus and sweet apple juice. There is a very light pepper flavor as well as some bread and sweet, pale malts. There is a fair bit of yeast and a light hop bitterness.
M: The body is medium and the carbonation is just above medium.
O: I really enjoyed the fruit notes that this beer had. A bit sweet for how I like my saisons, but overall very well done.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Ughsmash (6723) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 8, 2013
Bomber. Poured clear, bright golden with a sticky white head. The aroma picked up juicy pineapple and pears, with accents of dry, white vinous notes, blended, redder fruits, and cloves.. interesting stuff. The flavor found tangy citrus and fragrant floral notes on the tip of the tongue, with bready malts behind.. pears, pineapple, and white spices really came through on the back-end.. long, dry, tasty finish. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation on the palate.. very dry.. not the best flow, but it was very good overall.
