3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Shared bomber, poured to snifters showing a hazed gold color, with a modest layer of white head foam that reduced expeditiously to a ring & bubbly film, and left some spots & strands of lacing on the glass. The nose was dank & stinky, with notes of ripe citrus & rind. Light to medium bodied, with medium carbonation, the taste was dry, a combination of grapefruit & lemon notes, and earthy hop bitterness. A light hint of sweetness remained on the tongue throughout the flavor, and into the finish. A little rough around the edges, but not bad.

22oz bottle pours clear pale orange yellow with 2 finger head. Nose is tropical fruit, tangerine, melon, orange. Taste is bitter juicy melon, mango, tangerine, citrus, with a clean and balanced malt profile. Finish is strong bitterness, juicy fruits, piney citrus. Great IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a hazy, golden orange with a decent amount of carbonation and nice lacing. Hazier than I expected but certainly not an ugly beer. Aroma is punch you in the face grapefruit with some pine undertones. Taste is an explosion of upfront maltiness and pine bitterness followed by a back end that is completely dominated by hoppy grapefruit flavors. Mouthfeel is sharp & crisp and compliments the flavor of the beer well. This is a great beer that I would buy again in a heartbeat. Well worth the trip to Half Acre.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz bomber split with my Honkeybra. Pours a hazy orange with a sticky white head. Aromas of ethyl acetate, citrus, and sulfur. Flavor is more citrus forward. Sweet, little bitter on the finish. Subtle, clean, pretty delicious.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber. Pours a clear, light golden-orange, smallish white head that dissipated quickly, decent lacing though. Nose is pine, citrus (especially oranges) and malt, some perfumy florals, passion fruit in there too. Mouth is medium bodied, clean, dry and fruity up front, peaches, melon, passion fruit, then eases into malts and a subtle sweetness pokes through briefly with an underpinning pleasant hoppy bitterness that rides the whole length of the palate through the finish. Really nice, balanced IPA from two of my favorite brewers.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tasted from a bomber. It poured a slightly hazy golden hue with plentiful carbonation and a medium white head and uneven lacing. Bright citrus hop aroma. Smooth, well hopped taste with hints of grapefruit and pine. A delicious collaboration! Give her a try.

4.1 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had it out of a bomber. Pours a clear light golden hue with a thin white head and uneven lacing. The aroma is a sucker punch of grapefruit citrus into your nasal cavity worthy of a ten. The taste us a a heavy citrus floral IPA with a hidden Marco feel lurking.
