COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vallejo, an India Pale Ale we brewed with coastal spirit. This 6.7% hop crasher sharply dives into the very deep waters of bitter beers.

Draft pour in their taproom. Bright orange and cloudy. Sticky head. Aroma is intense - grapefruit I think. Bitter taste, smooth, mild hops, fruity. Delicious IPA. Liked this better than the double daisy cutter and a tie with Space ale

Draft at Half Acre Brewery, Chicago IL. Pours a straw golden with a white head that fades slowly. Nose has passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus. Taste is more passionfruit and toffee malts. Not much of a kick. Hoes down so fucking easy. Great beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Kumas Corner. Poured hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of light resin fruit. Light carb med bod. Taste pretty bitter strong resin for what it is

Half Acre brings a lot of consistency to the table with their Pale Ales, and this IPA is no different. If you came for bitterness and dank tropical notes then you get them here. Bracing and bold.

Pale golden pour hazy with lots of striped sticky lacing and white creamy head .... Aroma of citrusy grapefruit, resiny and light piney hops .... Taste is bitter and of grapefruity citrusy orange hops, piney hops and resinous with a nice malty backbone .... up there in the ibus. Dry and bitter finish is dry with a lingering bitter citrusy bite

Bottle, shared in a location remote to my dining room.
Pours a hazy yellow with a good head and good white lacing on the glass.

The aroma is huge & hoppy. It’s a totally inviting bouquet of citrus fruit, melon, grass and some very light onion.

The flavor is peachy, bright, & clean. It’s moderately bitter with a nice fruity hop character all around. The beer is fairly dry.

Pretty darn good.

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2014 On tap at bainbridge for 3 bucks a pint, can’t go wrong. Pours super murky brownish golden murk with small white head. Aromas and flavor are dank pineapple, grapefruit, pine resin, and oranges. Medium to fuller body with an awesome resinous bitter finish. Dang this thing is on point right now.

Draft at the Half Acre Tap Room. Hazy light orange color. Smell has prickly hops to it, again, the strong citrus and piny notes of a West Coast hopped beer. Toasty malts are closer to the fore, but it still carries a hop punch of grapefruit juice and resin.

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is pine, grapefruit, and hemp. Medium mouthfeel with fruity hop, pine, and nice bitter finish. Very good.

22oz bomber poured into a stemmed tulip. The aroma is a very strong citrus, lemon, grapefruit, mango, and pineapple combination, with a touch of caramel and pine. It pours a hazy, but bright yellow color with a white, tight, microbubble head that leaves a messy, web-like lace. The tongue picks up a nice balance of medium high sweetness and bitterness. The full bodied beer has a chalky, but creamy texture with tons of slightly prickly carbonation. Its got a hefty pine and citrus peel bitter finish with a nice compliment of caramel and fruity sweetness in the background. The citrus peel and pine lingers in the aftertaste with a bit of a toasted caramel character.
