Thanks for the Growler guys! Aroma is killer! Maybe the best or 2nd best nose Iíve had on a HA. Simcoe and Nelson play so nice together! Flavor is bright, mostly piney simcoe, with a touch of grapey nelson, somewhat hollow finish, ultra dry, moderately bitter, crazy good as is, but would be even better at 5% ABV in the summer heat! Excellent work here.

Amazing nose! A little thin on the mouthfeel.

I am not sure why Half Acre needs both this and Senita in its lineup but, whatever, they are both good. This is a lightly hazed brew with a foamy white head. I really like the hop character on this one, soft and fruity. I am getting peach, pineapple and a bit of sweet orange plus earthy pine. Itís got a full-bodied texture w/o being sweet and crisp, pleasant bitterness in the finish. We are getting to have an embarrassment of riches as far as local IPAs here in Chicago but I donít mind another one piled on when itís as good as this.

Can thanks to sparty2626. Hazy yellow with a white head. Super pithy and tart. Great.

On tap a half acre taproom, pours a hazy golden/yellow with large white head. Huge inviting hop aroma, tropical and citrus, light onion, pineaple and grapefruit, overall fruity, pine in there too. Grassy bitter resinous hops in taste, citrus and tropical, nice spice, dry biscuit malt. Another very well done IPA by half acre.

Draft at Fountainhead Chicago. Pungent aroma of apricot and piney hops. High carbonation. Beautiful hop profile. Plenty of apricot, peach, and pine resin. Nice bitter finish. World class IPA.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Dank and citric hops, nice and bright, with moderate bitterness, some light melon and grassy notes, and a lingering bitter finish. Good stuff.

Drink this if you want to know what a citrusy IPA should taste like. Absolutely on point.

No date code out of a can. Pours out a straw yellow color with a sticky head. Smells like a tropical fruit punch bowl with pineapple, nectarines, maybe some mango, and citrus fruit. Taste is more of the same, ends with a touch of grapefruit bitterness yet it is very slightly sweet to balance. Mouthfeel is smooth almost creamy. Definitely one of my favorite IPAs right now. Only complaint is the lack of a date code although Iím pretty sure itís fresh.

Tap. Golden with small head. Very crisp fresh hops. Lightly sweet with tons of citrus. Awesome ipa.
