Vallejo, an India Pale Ale we brewed with coastal spirit. This 6.7% hop crasher sharply dives into the very deep waters of bitter beers.

Cask at Jerry’s. Pale orange-gold with big, foamy, white head / Grassy, slightly sour nose of citrus and pine / Medium body, cask soft body with low carbonation, some sourness, a touch watery, otherwise good balance and lightly bitter finish / Lightly sour flavors of grass, dandelion, and dry pine, with notes of lemon and grapefruit / Probably not ready for prime time, but an interesting, herbaceous brew.

Draft at Jerry’s. Pale orange-gold with big, foamy, white head / Bright, sweet nose of citrus, honey, pine, and soap / Medium body, fat with low carbonation, a hint watery, with otherwise good balance and bitter finish / Flavors of orange peel, grapefruit, soap, fresh cut pine, and candied sugar / Moderate body issues detract from this potentially great beer.

Poured from a 16oz can. Slightly cloudy yellow with a foamy white head. Solid orange and grapefruit aroma. Bitter throughout with strong grapefruit flavors and a dry finish. Not much of a malt body to speak of. A cross between New Glarus Moon Man and Founders All Day IPA. Very good.

Golden color with a modest white head. Aroma is quite citrusy. The hops really hit you when you take a sip, with citrus, spruce notes hop-heads seek. This IPA doesn’t disappoint!
