Draft art the brewery. Pours very dark with a thin, foamy head. Way too heavy on the chocolate and coffee for me. Novelty beer.

Strong chocolate and coffee malt aroma. Black color with a small tan head. Sweet beginning with alight bitter coffee finish.

Draft at Bradford’s in Stamford. Pours a nice dark brown with a pillowy, light and fluffy white head. On the watery side, this brew has a nice blend of chocolate, coffee, barley and sweet cigar notes. Pretty tasty and not too sweet, but my only complaint that there is a bit of a syrupy aftertaste.

Pours brown with an off white head. Smells of roasted coffee, some dark fruity hints, earthy. Taste yields some coffee notes, but limited chocolate with a spicy finish.
