COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer is a hopped medium bodied ale for ideal drinkability. It's a perfect celebration beer.

This is a light beer but I was very impressed with it. I had a unique flavor and went down very very smooth. I wish more light beers were like this one.

Bottle. Pours a foggy golden color with a frothy white head which was spilling out of the bottle when I opened it. Malty. Very malty. Some peppery spice in the aroma too. Bland flavor, yet crisp finish. Malty. Some lemon zest. Nothing really special about this, actually.

Bomber from BevMo. Light orange gold color with a decent white head. Aroma of fruity hop. Near medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is pale malt with nicely fruity hop. Could be a tad floral. Finish is mildly bitter. It’s quite pleasant.

Tap at the brewpub, this was called Harbor Lights. The body was lightly hazy gold with a white head. The aroma was bready with oranges and grass. The taste was bitter lemon peels with a grassy finish.

Bottle Obama: Really does have a good drinkability. Has good flavor profile with some malts and hops. Food Pairing: Hot Dogs.

Tasted 2/14/2009. This pale lager pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle of Mavericks Obama 08). Large sized white foamy head. The aroma is floral and hoppy, with a hint of orange. A medium to light bodied lager. The malts are fruity and sweet, a touch of cereal. The hops are floral and crisp, a touch spicy. Kind of hoppy for a lager, but it works. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Nice hints of orange and orange rind. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2009 Obama!!! Your lager sucks! When I see you on the label, I taste this cloudy, musty, and inadequate mouthfeel of grassy, somewhat sweet term of citrus mediocrity. Change is likely because I’m sure you can’t provide the big bucks. This lager is decent - but obviously fails especially if you’re going to market it with OBAMA. Shit.

Tap @ Brewery. A slightly hazy light golden color with a foamy white head. A nice refreshing hop and floral aroma. Dry and clean with a light hop aftertaste.

This clear yellow beer poured with a sizeable white foamy head and a faint fruity aroma. There is a slightly sweet and fruity caramel malt flavor with some hop bitterness. It is a decent beer but does not live up to its label.
