A special formulated long ago, this multifaceted stout takes the mound offering a strong, roasty aroma with hints of quince. This brew’s complex flavor notes of chocolate, raisin, and berry come from thirty two pounds of roasted malt, thirty two pounds of caramel malt, and three strikes of thirty two ounce Styrian hop additions.
