This draft brew from a beer festival poured a very small sized head of frothy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a uncarbonated transparent yellow colored body. The mild aroma was dough. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of dough and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

Tap at brewery. Faint honey and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow with a small white head, moderate creamy lacing. Creamy wheat and sweet floral honey flavor with a very mild bitterness in the finish. Medium body, creamy mouth feel.

Sampled at 2012 Indianapolis Brew Ha Ha. Light, sweet, refreshing. Some citrus and lemon notes paired with pale malts. A good summer beer.

first of all, interesting name. aroma is wheat, honey, hoppy. Cloudy yellow appearance. Taste is wheat with sweet aftertaste. good wheat brew. A step up from wild cat wheat in terms of density and hops.. I would take the wildcat wheat over this one though..

Growler brought back for me by a coworker. Slightly sweet aroma, with a touch of honey and a bit of citrus. Pours a hazy straw, with a thin head (this may be due to it being from a growler). Interesting taste, with roasted notes, honey, and a good wheat finish. Very drinkable beer and I can see this one being really popular in the summer time.

Draft sample at IBGF Summer09. Poured cloudy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Light to moderate sweet honey and creamy wheat aroma. Light to medium wheat and honey flavor and light to medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. Light to medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. This is a refreshing soft brew.
