3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
To me, this did not taste like a Bohemian or Czech Pils, so I was expecting somethign different. But nonetheless, a nice summertime beer that is rapidly becoming my second Half Pints session beer after Little Scrapper

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2013 Citrus scent, nothing spectacular. Certainly a thicker mouth feel for a pilsener, which is nice. Interesting combination of malt and citrus with a nice amount of hops following. Generally not overly fond of pilseners, but this is quite nice.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a clear yellowish golden color with a frothy white head and nice lace. Aroma of yeast, pilsen malts and spicy Nobel hops. Taste is rich malts, spicy hops and a bit of fruity esters. A nice clean and crisp dry finish with a medium low carbonation. Excellent pilsner and this is one of my least favorite categories.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Half pints tap take over at the Rev tonight! Beer 1: Pours a clear pale golden colour with small but dense white head that laces the glass with lightly. Aroma is spicy, floral noble hops, and a nice malty balance. Flavour is spicy hops, mild-medium bitterness which lasts and lingers into the after taste, some sweet caramel tries to balance the bitterness, crisp with a medium dry finish.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
I guess I’m the first to rate this years edition. One of the more interesting and flavourful pilsners I have ever had. Big floral, apple and grape aromas. Really nice. More full bodied than your average pilsner. Sweet honey and fruit notes up front, sweet grainy flavours too. Nice crisp hop finish. Great pilsner.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
341ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a small white head and very little lacing. Aroma is light grains and citrus hops. Taste is a nice balance between the malty sweetness and the citrusy hop bitterness. This is one of the better pilseners that I have encountered.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Forgotten beer review from October 3, 2010.
Pour is a slightly hazed golden straw body with a thick off white head with tons of frothy lacing. the nose is sweet and nicely malted with light caramel and bready notes. The taste is sweet with a note of honey and slightly citric with mild malts and a smooth crisp finish. Overall, fairly boring, but a good beer regardless.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2012 Dark golden colour with creamy white head. Bready aroma. Taste is wonderfully hoppy with some notes of caramel. Blows most pilseners out of the water.

Bottle shared by fred82, thanks!
Great grassy, hay hop aroma with a good dose of cereal malts.
Light hopiness to follow with more good cereal, bready malts. Light bitter finish, quite dry, but very refreshing. Good pils!
