Bottle (650 ml). From Andrew, thanks! Hazy golden/orange with a frothy white head and good lacing. Aroma is yeasty with citrus, cereals, moderate spiciness and earthy presence. Taste is slightly fruity with citrus, some spiciness, earthy notes, cereals and light alcohol. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Light lingering spiciness. Good Saison. Interesting balance. Easily drinkable, quenching. Nothing outstanding, but well executed.

Light orange with a creamy white head, lots of visible carbonation. Aroma is honey, apricot, wheat. Creamy mouthfeel, spicy on the palate, dry finish. Flavours are apricot, pepper, citrus. Nice.

Poured a dark golden with a large white foamy head. Very well carbonated, very effervescent. Nice aroma’s upfront. Some peppery notes, barnyard notes, some lemon grass as well. As it warms, more banana and slight clove notes emerge. Lemony citrus notes as well. Taste is similar. Some hop bitterness and spice on the back end. Very effervescent, but a bit heavy at times. Would have enjoyed a bit brighter beer. Still solid.

Bottle. Cloudy peach pour with a large white head. Aroma of soft fruits, bread and yeast, and some light spicy notes. Flavour is fruity, apricot and soft citrus, with wheat, yeast, subtle hops and a bit of spice. A little tart, and a little metallic. Could have used a little more sweetness in my opinion, but still great.

(650ml bottle) Courtesy of Ferris. Pours a huge, frothy head atop a highly carbonated, deep golden body. Nose of first yeast, mild vanilla and green leaf. Flavour is nicely crisp, solid tart hops and coriander. Very refreshing and lasting bitter alkaline finish through the finish. Enjoyable... Did Dave embroider the belt on the label?

Surprisingly frothy with a wheaty & fruity aroma. Very smooth drinking and refreshing.

Bottle - Grassy and some barnyard and citrus lemon grass. Cloudy gold with a bubbly head that dissipates. Effervescent with some fruit esters, a little banana and herbs, and some spice. Not bad for the Peg, I would prefer a little brighter but still a good showing.

Pours a cloudy golden with white fluffy head and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is spicy, some coriandre, peppery, some yeast. Taste is a bit sweet for the style in my opinion. Some wheat, spices, some ligt apple notes, fruity. Medium body and medium-high carbonation. Good.

Bottle to pint glass Lemon, apple cider, and straw aromas. Cloudy yellowish amber with very little off white head and no lacing. The taste has a nice sweet/bitter balance with prevalent farmhouse yeasts and breadiness.

Crystal clear gold body with a tall fluffy white cap floating on top, looks pretty much like the perfect beer from an 80’s beer commercial. Style normally doesn’t do it for me but this seems descent. Aroma is pleasant and mild, wheat, yeast, mild spice, apple, hidden sourness. Taste is the same but more aggressive. Big malty wheat, some lemon, spices without names, a sweetness lingers. When warmer light banana really shows up. This drinks fast...... to fast. I could drink the hell out of this beer. GOOD JOB HALF PINTS!!
