Nez de levures fruitées (petits fruits, notes d’abricots, de pommes, traces de raisins rouges), malté de caramel avec des notes de sucre brun, de toffee, de grains rôtis et de houblon herbeux. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture légèrement crémeuse et aux notes sirupeuses. Léger-moyen goût fruité (petits fruits sucrés, léger de raisins, notes de pommes rouges, traces d’abricots mûres) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût malté de caramel, léger de grains de malt rôtis avec des notes de pain grillé ainsi que des traces de sucre brun, de toffee , de sirop d’érable et de chocolat pis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon herbeux (herbes mouillées), un léger goût épicé (poivre très doux) ainsi que des notes alcooliques réchauffantes. A yeasty though sourish beer, not quite what I expect from a dubbel, more of an experiment. Rising carbonation bubbles and good off-white head and some lacing. A little boozy, a little woodsy. Medium mouthfeel, yeast makes it a bit creamy. Drying.
