Boutip (1815), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada May 23, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Oakbluff: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with average retention and no lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt notes with some coriander and loads of lime. Taste is a mix between some light wheat with light coriander and orange peel with loads of lime. It almost felt like drinking some kind of lime-flavoured spritzer. Body is a bit light but mot beers from this style have a light body with some good carbonation. I think this beer could have improve with more wheat malt and coriander ad maybe slightly less lime. J_Hunter (166), British Columbia, Canada Mar 30, 2008 pours a cloudy yellow colour with a good head. orange and banana aroma, a smooth flavor but a light light Crit (2242), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Mar 18, 2008 Hazy deep gold, small white head.Orange peel coriander nose.Overly strong orange peel bitterness.Fizzy, lightly yeasty CapFlu (3340), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Mar 14, 2008 (650ml bottle) Pours a thin, creamy white head with a cloudy golden body.
