Bottle at home on 11th December 2011. Pours hazy gold with very little head and no lace. Fruit and floral hop aromas, very pleasant bouquet of Muscat grape, ginger, floral hoppiness and fine citrus fruits. Citric tang leads a rich fruity finish. Light zinginess of texture, good body to beer. Could easily drink another pint.

Cask - Cock o’ the North, Hipperholme. Golden yellow with a dense white head that left a sticky lacing. Straw and citrus aromas. Grapefruit and grassy flavours with a rich, resiny bitter finish. Soft palate texture. Refreshing and quaffable with balanced flavours.
